It was here that over the course of her young adulthood she became a violent gang member, had two babies, and got strung out on crack cocaine. She lost her home, her children to DCFS, and her dignity. This book is her redemption story, and it began when she became accountable to Jesus. His unexpected voice brought her to her knees and His love led her on the path to victory where she remains today (18 years and counting!) to tell this story for God’s glory.
