Civil case filed by me after release from bail at Downey Courthouse number is 13D94845 seeking damages for forceful eviction, property seizure, conspiracy, defamation of character, intentional infringement of bodily pain/injury, fabrication of lies and distortion of facts to make a wrongful arrest and unjust imprisonment for 6 days in Los Angeles County jail .What did I do that led to my arrest ?, What was my experience with my fellow inmates?, How did I got out of jail?, What was my crime ? , What was the Charge against me by the District Attorney at the Compton Courthouse? , And what did I learnt from this experience? Just like I did in my past 25 books I left no stone unturned again in this book. This book does not just give you answer about my six days experience in jail, it also supplied a fundamental truth to one question on the minds of all Americans, "Why do we have too many Blacks and Latino in jails in California? Why is it that African America women are single mothers and the Black Children fathers are nowhere to be found? How much percentage of inmates actually committed the crimes that put them behind bars for years in California? , What role does first, second and third strike contributes in overpopulating California prisons? This book answers a lot of these questions and more!This book contains details of the letter that I wrote to Honorable Jackie Lacey, the Los Angeles County District Attorney; this same letter was also copy to American Civil Liberties Union, Leroy David "Lee" Baca - the Sheriff of Los Angeles County, Administrative Office of the Courts-Burbank, Sup. Courts- California, FBI, Assistant Director in Charge - Bill L. Lewis, The Clerk- Superior Court of California- County of Los Angeles-Compton Courthouse. I was arrested on 5/30/13, got out on 6/5/13 and wrote this letter the night that I got out, so this is not a book per see, but a copy of a letter to the public, therefore do not mind my English because this letter did not go through a copy editor and a professional book proofreader. Do not mind my vernacular English, God does not give me the spirit of fear but the gifts of writing and sound mind, and I will not let the inability to write with English grammar correctness, the right wordings, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, full stops or commas as you would expect of me like your English Professor to stop me from writing my own experience of life. I will do my best to make myself understood, and I believe the simplicity of my writings will make a lot of people to enjoy this book, though it may not demonstrate a high level of English writing proficiency but it contains powerful truths and give answers to the questions in the minds of millions of our people.
