C., October 10 13, 1911 I have talked longer than I expected to, but I want to repeat on behalf of the Interstate Commerce Commission and everybody con useted with it that we are glad to see all of you here. You are wels come to-day and at all times. We fully appreciate the importance of this convention, although each State commission represented here has its own field of operation and we have ours. These questions interlace. They are the same, whether they arise in a State or in respect to interstate commerce.
