If you want to give an educational gift to your child, this is the moment! This book has 127 pages sectioned as follows: Group 1- Help various animals to find the object Group 2-Maze Challenge (Find the way through) Group 3- Help the Unicorn to get different objects Group 4- Alien Mazes Group 5 - Dinosaur Mazes Group 6- Deer Mazes Group 7- Help the dog get different objects Group 8- Dog Mazes Group 9- Eagle Mazes Group 10- Turtle Mazes There are many reasons to practise mazes at home with your child: Problem-solving: Mazes help the child practice his executive functions abilities including organising and brainstorming new ideas Fine motor control: Mazes need the child to guide his pencil through the maze without touching the black lines, which requires fine motor control. This means that in order to be more successful, he must take his time rather than hurry. Fine motor control is used by children to produce proper letter forming and legible handwriting. Visual motor: Mazes ask you child to search through the worksheet with his eyes in order to locate potential answers. Scanning is a valuable ability for reading and writing since it is necessary to scan from the left to the right side of the page. Grading of an activity: Mazes may be broken down into various stages for grading purposes. For example, make your child begin by running his finger through the maze, then a pencil, and finally a marker. This encourages the child to solve the same maze three times in a row, allowing the ability to become more ingrained. Confidence: Mazes are good fine motor games for improving the child's self-esteem. Allow your child to start with a basic maze to ensure immediate completion, and then move toward solving more complicated mazes.
