And be it enacted, That the Mayor cause to be laid before the Boards of Aldermen and Common Council, statements of the stock created under the authority of this act, showing the amount of each certificate, and the name of the person to whom issued.-Approved, Novem Be it enacted by the Board of Al'/ermen and Board of Common Council of the city of Washington, That it shall not be lawful for any person or persons to take into the Market Houses of the city, any wheelbarrow, wagon, or cart, or any other thing obstructing the free passage therein, under the penalty of two dollars for each offence. Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful for the butchers or other persons attending the Centre Market with carts, to permit the same, after being unloaded, to stand or occupy the space on the north-and east fronts of said Market, under a penalty of five dollars for each 'otfence. i SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of the Clerk of the 'Centre Market House, to prohibit any person or persons from occupying the open space between the east and west wings of the Centre Market, for the sale of vegetables or other market stuffs, and if any person or persons shall, contrary to the directions of the Clerk, continue" to occupy 'said open space, they shall be subject to a penalty of two dollars for each offence.
