Para lo cual se indagó sobre la importancia de la educación física, la instrucción, trabajo en equipo, gimnasia escolar y la actividad física, seguido se elaboró un marco referencial y se aplicó una metodología de enfoque cualitativo o etnográfico con un alcance descriptivo que permitió conocer la situación real de lo que está sucediendo, para llegar a unos resultados y finalmente a unas conclusiones. La escuela como pilar fundamental en la formación de los seres humanos a lo largo de la historia, ha privilegiado el aprendizaje cognitivo y en muchas ocasiones ha olvidado el fortalecimiento de las habilidades sociales, donde la educación física juega un papel importante teniendo como principios rectores, el desarrollo de actitudes de compañerismo y no violencia en juegos y deportes, la adquisición de hábitos de tolerancia ante cualquier opinión, la aceptación de las normas propuestas por el grupo y el desarrollo de sentimientos de cooperación.
