Relatable industry-specific examples and exercises are included, such as determining demand capacity, supply chain management, and differentiating between employee-controlled and management-controlled errors. Green Belts can also be autonomous team leaders, and work as subject matter experts, who help project teams from time to time sharing their specialized knowledge. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Service is a prerequisite.
