ICEES2013 is sponsored by China Three Gorges University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University, and Beijing University of Science and Technology. We would like to express my sincere appreciation for their supports to the conference. The ICEES2013 provides a high level international forum to bring together industry professionals, academics, and individuals from institutions, industrials and government agencies to exchange information, share achievements, and discuss the advancement in the fields of earth science, environmental protection and other related areas, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solution adopted.
