It censures, suspends and erases Councils, and any of the members, for violation or neglect of its laws and edicts. It has supreme power and authority, throughout this jurisdiction, in all matters pertaining to Councils of Royal and Select Masters, and the Appendant Degree of Super Excellent Master, subject only to the Ancient Landmarks.
