Book excerpt: The poet has endeavoured to place his pure emotions into words. Having found a compatible love mate encouraged him to extend an initial adventure into a search for the more engaged fusion of heart/mind/and soul. An inexplicable driving force of desire and lust became a mutual survival tool for the mature aged partnership that extended to the state of soulmates, who would seek the limits of intimate sensualities. Defining features of sex weren't alone penis in vagina (PIV), but more so a natural longing for engaging one's entire body with all the sensuality of one's skin transferring one's feelings to the partner, with the alternatives of manual and oral lovemaking, thereby learning to know one's partner and her desires intimately. "Perhaps at that stage of mature love, our libidos were still intact to a good extent and therefore furthering our desires and we could therefore satisfy our demands of pleasuring our partners successfully," the poet experienced indeed. Indeed, the so-called 'sacred triad' in lovemaking leads to experience a fusion of heart/mind/and body. "It was an experience;" the poet said, "I would wish for all couples, especially all mature ones". The poet's soulmate described this culmination in mature love as "winning a lottery ticket." Intimacies on- and offline lead to the desire of tasting each other in "flesh and blood", finally experiencing the real physical togetherness, the foreplay actions thru' cyber-love prepared beforehand in all delightful details. Basically, intense communication prepared the way to greater physical and mental fulfilment. Continual foreplay and a description of one's sexual fantasies one wished to share, less egotistical demands and the poet's a wish to satisfy his sexual partner first. Indeed, elderly people are capable of experiencing strong love. In that sense, the poet has written his first-hand experiences, when the lust had culminated in wonderful intense orgasms.

Book excerpt: Inspired by Andre Brink's book: "Before I forget," I have thought about my own Muses, who I met during my life, and who inspired me to write poetry - love poetry - short stories, and novels. I have been blessed by so many wonderful women, who have been great friends, besides partaking with me in various sessions at 'Writers Write' workshops, assisting me with forging my enthusiasm for writing into an emerging personal style under Amanda's caring guidance. Much later, I realized the quality of those writing workshops that brought out the best in us in search of self-expression in our literary efforts. I wish to honor them all, writing about their importance to me, their dedication and time, during our relationships. Experiencing friendship and love will be the motor for inspired writing and the greatest gift for the poet. Muses appear in person and their number might be three, six, and nine, depending on their tasks, as known from Classical Greek mythology. Picasso stated that an artist has his personal Muse, extending their numbers to ten. In this sense, I have a peek at my artistic endeavors by experiencing my own tenth Muse. who guided me along to my self-realization in the arts.

Fascinating are the times one spends looking through one's creative output of one year that usually happens at the end of it when the mood is influenced by dark ominous cloud formations, snowfall that reflects the dusky light, fine stringing rain, unexpected storms, and foggy mystical mornings. Indeed, magical unisons are unique.

Fascinated by Agi, a 40 year old woman with an erotic potential, just as the dark innocence of a Florida teen, besides the exotic birds from the web's world wide garden. He agreed with his muse, Athena: love is universal, no power on earth could ever lock it out, or let its magic flow dry up, and no way to stop the powers of its dynamic flow. 27 drawings, in the artist's unique style, expand on the poetry. With 'Ten Passion Songs': love is death, is death love? the poet reflects on his experience of an aftermath's drama of star crossed lovers, his despair of a great love's loss, and his dark thoughts about his life that had come to a sudden end. Yet, again with the help of his encouraging poetry friends, he found his way back to a positive life again. In 'electronic round dance', his befriended poetesses will dance with him having assured that the poet had found his way back to the joys of a positive life again.

Book excerpt: In Book II, poetry had been further collated that had been written during the Third Lockdown in Vienna, Austria, while the statistics of the Covid-19 pandemic showed a staggering increase in infections and deaths due to it. Pro and con corona health management filled the daily newspapers and TV debates. During this time the poet's art exhibition in downtown Vienna remained hung at Gallery Z, but visitor groups were forbidden to enter, and only individuals could visit on invitation at a prior appointment. Masks were obligatory in all public places and a general depressive mood spread throughout the communities. The poet had a good understanding with his friends, who appeared regularly on the social pages of the Internet. One still could feel a longing for hope and good wishes for staying healthy became an important regular ritual to live through this ordeal to see the turn of the pandemic tide. And yet, everybody became aware of the changing times thereafter. The poet had been blessed with his fount of memories that started to flow and provide him with many contemporary poems thanks to encouragement from friends and Muses.
