However, there are few that concentrate on intensely practical and Bible-based strategic means to LEARN and IMMEDIATELY APPLY in safe and successful Healing and Deliverance Ministry. Unfortunately, there are very few books that not only teach practical application strategies but also include actual testimonies from those who have been miraculously healed, delivered and otherwise touched by God. Who Should Read This Book? Fighting in Faith is for Healing and Deliverance practitioners, Evangelists, Pastors and Christians who want to be bold or even bolder in their faith. Has God gifted you in "Power Ministry," including the performance of miracles? If so, this book is specifically written for you! If you have never operated in Power Ministry but believe God is guiding you to this area of ministry, this book is for you, too. However, if you are the type of person who simply likes to constantly learn biblical principles or new things about God but never motivated to put them into ACTIVE PRACTICE, then I can assure you that this book is NOT for you! Fighting In Faith is specifically written under the guidance of the Holy Spirit for those who earnestly desire to put feet to their faith by actively doing the Word of God as opposed to being "forgetful hearers" who only deceive themselves. God faithfully promises to bless each and every one ..". who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work." (James 1:25) Ask yourself right now: "Am I a doer of God's will, or am I a forgetful hearer?" As moved by the Holy Spirit of Christ Jesus, Fighting In Faith provides sound biblical instruction and hands-on practical strategies that have already been successful in conducting Spiritual Warfare, even under seemingly insurmountable circumstances. Deliverance Ministry is spiritual cleansing from the negative and soul-damning presence, power and influences of the world, the flesh and demonic spirits. Demons are disembodied, malevolent spirits specifically sent by Satan "to steal and to kill and to destroy" (John 10:10a) every good thing God has ordained for mankind. This is especially true with respect to eternal salvation of the soul. Mankind is locked in an eternal battle with a trifecta of an enemy the Holy Bible identifies as the "World," the "Flesh" and the "Devil." Deliverance Ministry is simply having an ever-present, Bible-based understanding that as we go about our normal lives at work, in vocational ministry or the marketplace, there will be opportunities to put the Word of God into active practice. This is often accomplished by laying hands on the sick for healing and casting out demons for deliverance from satanic or demonic powers or influences. One caveat: Everything in this book presupposes that you have FAITH (Belief + Trust) in Jesus, a desire to OBEY God regardless of what others think; have been filled with the Holy Spirit; and have already been delivered from Doubt, Fear, Pride and Unbelief.
