Data are being made available for administrative use as rapidly as tabulations are completed. Two intensive studies of public assistance are being made in connection with the land use planning program, one in Boone County, Nebraska, and the other in Hand County, South Dakota. The history of relief extended in these two Great Plains counties will be related to classifications of land, types of farming, and other factors; the data will be used by planning committees in recommending adjustments.
